Unit Background:

The McEachern High School NJROTC unit has become an integral part of the school and the community.  The McEachern NJROTC Unit provides a great opportunity for students to learn leadership, management, and citizenship in addition to assisting in the maintenance of our surrounding area.

The mission of the NJROTC Program is to educate and train high school students in citizenship; promote community service; instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline; and provide instruction in naval and maritime history and fundamentals of drill. 

Joining the MHS NJROTC Unit will provide each and every cadet with an experience and knowledge that they will later be able to apply as the progress on into their future.

People interested in the NROTC/MCROTC Scholarship need to go to https://www.nrotc.navy.mil/index.cfm and fill out an application. Note: Deadline for the application is January 31st each and every year. Juniors may start applying in March of their Junior year.
